You can send automatic reminders for upcoming appointments and the end-user can reply with 'Y' to confirm, 'N' to cancel or call you to reschedule.

Messages come from a New Zealand 4 digit number and you can choose whether the end user pays to reply (cheaper for you) or they can reply for free (additional charges to you).
